ABOUT TRACY

This training is led by Tracy Richardson MSc, founder of Somalates® and Serendipity Wellness.

With over 25 years’ experience across health, fitness, education, and therapy, Tracy is an award-winning wellness professional, Pilates teacher, and author. She specialises in bridging the gap between movement, nervous system health, and real-life wellbeing.

Her work combines science, somatic awareness, and practical application, creating approaches that are both effective and accessible. The Somalates® method is the result of this integrated experience, designed to support both practitioners and their clients in a more holistic, sustainable way.
